Project Venus: January 2026 update January 14, 2026
The project is alive. I've been working on it in my free time alongside my day job. Recently I was mostly focused on programming the core systems like stealth mechanics, vision cones, general gameplay programming.
I also realized I never published the very old first level art tests.
Quite a lot of things have changed since the recording of this video. Specifically I was working on procedural stuff a lot. And custom tools to make development easier for me.
Below you can find concept art for the Mission Briefing menu and a variation of the city environment. This one most probably is going to be used as a first mission location.
